The national conference titled "The Future of Human Security in the Era of Artificial Intelligence Technologies", organized by the Department of Media and Communication of the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences, in coordination with the House of Artificial Intelligence, concluded today.
The event was officially opened by the Rector of the University, Prof. Kheir GUECHI, and witnessed broad participation from university educators, scholars from other national universities, and PhD students. The conference also saw a significant turnout from faculty members and students across various academic levels.
On Monday, February 3, 2025, the University Board of Directors convened under the chairmanship of Professor Dr. LATRACH Mohamed El-Hadi, Rector of Setif 1 University, in the presence of Professor Dr. GUECHI El-Kheir, University Setif 2 Rector, along with the esteemed members of the Board. The meeting addressed, discussed, and approved the items on the agenda. In this context, the Board approved the university's budget for the year 2025, as well as the proposal to establish a subsidiary entity of an economic nature named "University Business Accelerator", which will operate under the university’s business incubator.
