The appeals submission period is open from January 31, 2025, to February 1, 2025.

The Director General for Higher Education and Training at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research presided over the formal establishment of the National Committee for the Transition to Fourth Generation Universities (University 4.0) at the headquarters of the Regional Conference of East Universities, hosted by Setif 1 University.

The committee is chaired by Professor Dr. Abdelatif Nawal Mami, Vice-Rector of Setif 2 University, in the presence of the Minister’s Advisor, the presidents of regional university conferences, and the rectors of the 23 universities involved in this transition, as well as members of the national committee.

Following the establishment ceremony, the committee chair delivered a presentation outlining the committee’s missions and objectives, its strategic vision, and its action plan.
